Kat Sauder, a Fine Art Painter with over 30 years of experience, is known for her larger-than-life canvases, brilliant shadow work, and color strength. After attending school at the Columbus College of Art and Design, Kat has been showcased in shows such as Cain Park, Beechwood Festival, South Hamptons, Dayton Art Festival, Beerea Art Festival, National Tennessee Art Festival, and the charitable Zada Art Show.

From abstract to realism, she focuses on oils, resins, and mixed media. Nature's stillness and the unobserved moments of introspection and serenity inspire her. With her big-hearted personality and unique point of view of "beautiful women in their elements", she enhances her knowledge of plain air study and subject study. Her goal is to capture the moment of a woman's beauty in her environment - whether it be a forest, a beach, or the private corners of her home.

Kat finds her inspiration and joy in painting from the people she meets and all walks of life she has encountered by being well-traveled. Her diverse experiences include travel to Costa Rica, Europe, Asia, Colorado, and San Diego. That art should capture the soul that radiates from within and the moments that truly define who they are deep within. Her artwork reflects her passion for life and the beauty of the world around us.
